If you like wheat beer, you will love the Schneider Weisse TAP7 Mein Original. It represents the full range of delights that a wheat beer can have. Therefore, it is also one of the classics of Bavarian wheat beer art. Like all Schneider Weisse beers, the TAP7 is fermented in open vats and then fermented in the bottle for another 3 weeks.
When filled into a glass, the TAP7 initially impresses with its bright amber color and distinctive foam crown. The color of the beer is, as is typical for a wheat beer, slightly cloudy. The smell primarily reveals a pronounced banana aroma, but also slightly spicy aromas can be recognized. This impression continues in terms of taste. Again, the banana notes dominate, accompanied by notes of cloves, nutmeg and nuts. Overall, the Schneider Weisse TAP7 Mein Original has very strong notes that make it an ideal companion for hearty meals.
The beer is still brewed according to the original recipe of the Schneider Weisse founder from 1872.
